ウェールズのヘイ・オン・ワイにあるラケティ農場でソブリメーザのスタッフが手摘みした有機栽培のブラックカラントを、6週間かけて炭酸ガス浸漬法で処理し、その後ソブリメーザの「Farmhouse Ale - Rosalind Yeast」に3か月間に渡って2回目の浸漬を行ったフルーツ入りファームハウスエール。
