This year's IWCBD theme was Unite Society, and we were joined by a few ladies who regularly serve our beer to give them a sneak peek behind the scenes! We are raising the bar this year with a West Coast DIPA. We have put together a balanced malt bill to combine with Citra, Comet and Eclipse hops for a tropical mash of citrus fruits. We added a touch of Columbus into the mix for an extra depth of West Coast citrusy pine and balanced bitterness.
