ピルスナーモルト、小麦、オーツ麦のベースに、2024年収穫のモザイクとシムコー、そしてフリースタイル・スーパーソーヴィン2024 (ネルソンソーヴィンとファンタズムのブレンド) でケトルホップ。さらに、シトラ、シムコー、モザイク、コヒアネルソンでドライホップし、缶に詰める直前にフリースタイル・マウイネルソンホップキーフを加えた。

For Green Acres, we featured some of our favorite northern and southern hemisphere hop varieties, as well as new advanced hop products. On top of a base of pilsner malt, wheat, and oats, we kettle-hopped with our hand-selected Mosaic and Simcoe from the 2024 harvest, as well as Freestyle’s @freestylehops Super Sauvin 2024 ? a high precursor Nelson Sauvin/Phantasm blend with notes of Guava, Sweet Citrus, and Nectarine.
We added two massive dry hops, the first with hand-selected Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic, and the second with Kohia Nelson ? Freestyle’s Nelson/passionfruit blend with a beautifully expressive character of passionfruit, orange, and guava. Lastly, we love adding a burst of bright hop character virtually straight into the can by adding Freestyle Maui Nelson Hop Kief right before packaging. 8.0%
This is the most tropically expressive IPA we’ve made to date, delivering wave upon wave of bright, sweet fruit flavor and aroma. It caters to our inner Tiki-drink nerdom. We are very stoked for you to try it at Green Acres or around Austin, San Antonio, Houston, or DFW soon!
