ドライホップ由来のハーブ香と野生酵母によるほのかなファンキーさが調和し、ハーブのほろ苦さと心地よい炭酸感を備えた、ドライでこの上なく喉の渇きを癒すファームハウステーブルビール。

石灰岩を豊富に含むヒルカントリーの井戸水、テキサス産の大麦と小麦の麦芽、そしてハーブ香とスパイシーさが特徴のザーツホップで醸造し、自家培養のビール酵母と野生酵母で発酵させ、ゴールディングでドライホッピング。デュポン醸造所の「アヴリル」にインスピレーションを得たビール。

Le Petit Prince was inspired by the hoppy, low-strength farmhouse ales of southern Belgium, but takes on a distinctly Texas character. It's brewed with limestone-rich Hill Country well water, Texas-grown malted barley and wheat, and herbal, spicy Saaz hops. It's fermented with our mixed culture of brewers yeast and native yeast harvested from the land and air around Jester King, then dry hopped with Golding. Le Petit Prince is small in stature (~3% abv), but is quite flavorful for such a small beer. Our favorite aspect is the interplay between the fresh dry hops and native yeast, which creates a subtle blend of funk and herbaceousness. We hope you enjoy this uniquely Texan beer tied to a time, place, and people.
