"Love Affair" is a fruit sour ale that features passion fruit as the main ingredient and blood orange. The yeast used in this sour ale is called Philly Sour yeast, which produces lactic acid during the fermentation process, not only the alcohol. Aside from the fruity aroma and flavor of passion fruit and blood orange, you can also enjoy refreshing sourness created by the yeast, which makes the taste even more profound.
