シトラ、コメット、エクリプスホップのトロピカルなシトラス感に、少量のコロンバスで柑橘香を帯びた松の風味とバランスの取れた苦みを加えたウェストコーストダブルIPA。IWCBD (国際女性コラボレーションブリューデー) のために毎年醸造されるビールの2025年版。

This year's IWCBD theme was Unite Society, and we were joined by a few ladies who regularly serve our beer to give them a sneak peek behind the scenes! We are raising the bar this year with a West Coast DIPA. We have put together a balanced malt bill to combine with Citra, Comet and Eclipse hops for a tropical mash of citrus fruits. We added a touch of Columbus into the mix for an extra depth of West Coast citrusy pine and balanced bitterness.
