クヴェイク酵母で発酵後に3種のフルーツを投入し再発酵。NZとUSのホップでドライホッピングした、トロピカル、シトラス、ストーンフルーツの風味の際立つヘイジーIPA。

ヘイジーIPAの穀物構成でワールプールホッピングしてからクールシップで一晩冷却。ノルウェーの伝統的なファームハウス酵母 (Voss Kveik) でステンレスタンクで発酵させてから、ピーチピューレと搾りたてのパイナップルとオレンジジュースを加えて再発酵させ、ニュージーランド産ネクタロン・クライオと厳選されたシムコー・クライオでドライホッピング。

It’s a beer (we know that much) with a Hazy IPA grist and whirlpool hopping, cooled overnight in our coolship, fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast (Voss Kveik) in stainless steel, re-fermented with peach puree and fresh-squeezed pineapple and orange juice, and then dry hopped with New Zealand Nectaron Cryo and our hand-selected Simcoe Cryo to drive up the tropical, citrus, stonefruit character even more!
