Named after the striking rock formations found in parts of Arizona and Utah, this hazy Double IPA captures the spirit of rugged landscapes and timeless adventure. Brewed with a bold trio of Riwaka (in the whirlpool) as well as heavy handed amounts Simcoe, and Strata in the dry hop. It bursts with aromas of ripe mango, citrus zest, and hints of fresh pine. We’re also getting this little vibe of sweet-tarts on the finish that has us feeling especially nostalgic. Each sip delivers layers of juicy stone fruit, a resinous backbone, and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Balanced while remaining expressive.
