2008年から毎年ニュージーランドで開催されている、ウェストコーストIPAの品質を競い合う審査会「WCIPAチャレンジ」に向けて醸造されたウェストコーストIPA。

パンチの効いたグレープフルーツとトロピカルフルーツの風味が広がり、際立ったダンクな松の香りと西海岸スタイル特有の持続する苦みが絶妙なバランスで調和。使用ホップは、アザッカ、シトラ、アイダホ7、モザイク。

Named after Anubis, the god of the gateway to the spirit world, The Embalmer makes a timeless gate from the past to the future in the realm of IPAs. This brew guides you through a flavour journey that honours tradition while embracing innovation. This classic style is updated with a modern twist, featuring a traditional malt bill combined with a bold selection of new-age hops. But be careful not to turn your back on this beer, or it may leave you pickled!
