ホップドグマブルーイングとのコラボレーションによる、ジャスミンライスを使用したウェストコーストIPA。シトラ、ストラータ、リワカ、ネルソンソーヴィンの「聖なる三位一体」(+1) をふんだんに投入。シトラス、松、それにNZホップのディーゼルが、ジャスミンライス由来の美しいフローラル香と調和。最近ハマっているという米麹を、このスタイルでは初めて使用。

What makes this one special? Jasmine Rice. It unlocks this beautiful bouquet of floral aromatics that plays insanely well with the hops. Huge shoutout to Dan Littlefield for tossing out the idea We’ve been deep in our rice/koji era lately, but had never dropped it into a West Coast IPA… until now.
We loaded it up with Citra, Strata, Riwaka, & Nelson, also known as the Holy Trinity (+1). Think classic Pacific Northwest citrus and pine crashing into that punchy, diesel-kissed New Zealand intensity. Crisp. Aromatic. Snappy.

Barebottle代表のLesterがカリフォルニアで随一のWest Coast IPAを造ると太鼓判を押す「Hop Dogma Brewing」とのコラボIPA！Hop Dogmaクルーの提案でジャスミン米を使用することに。新たな挑戦とはなりましたが、お米由来の華やかアロマが、シトラスやパイン系の王道ホップ、さらにNZ産のパンチある香りと見事に融合しました。キレ味鋭く、驚くほど芳醇なアロマが弾けます。ここ最近で造ったIPAで一番の仕上がり！
