アンチョビとネクタロンをブレンドした、果実味が幾層にも重なるヘイジーIPA。良質なレッドフルーツの風味と松のようなダンク感に、ネクタロン由来のシトラスの厚み。

Immortality is the song that gave birth to the name idea for Trap Door Brewing. In honor of Pearl Jam releasing their new album we decided to create this beer to celebrate our love for music and intertwined stories.
Immortality was our first chance to use a newer hop from Segal Ranch named Anchovy, but this year we switched it to their newest hop Tangier. Tangier is an exciting hop that brings big zesty tangerine and orange flavors. We think those flavors work very well in hazy IPA, and hope to get more of this hop for future uses! We made some slight tweaks to our malt profile to create a very light color and build a big fluffy body without feeling heavy or overwhelming.

Trap Door★初★のAnchovy Hopを使用したビール
ヤキマバレーのホップ農家、シーガル・ランチのオリジナルホップ「Anchovy」をTrap Doorで初めて使用。このホップがもたらす良質なレッドフルーツの風味と、心地よい松のようなダンクな香りに、Nectaronをブレンドすることでシトラスの厚みをプラス。果実味が幾層にも重なるフルーティー仕上がりになりました。また、モルト構成にも微調整を加えることで非常に明るく澄んだ色合いでありながら、重さやしつこさを感じさせない、ふんわりと軽やかなボディを実現しています。
