オーク樽で20ヶ月熟成させた滑らかでふくよかな味わいのサワーブロンドエール。外観は、ややオレンジを帯びた透き通ったアンバーで泡立ちが良く、白ぶどう、レモン、りんご、プラム、洋梨、白桃のようなフルーティーな香りに、オーク、バニラ、キャラメルの甘い香りが感じられる。口に含むと、りんごや白ぶどうのフルーティーな酸味が広がり、オークやバニラのような風味も現れ、フルーティーな酸味で締めくくられる。ワールド・ビア・アワード2023 ワールド・ベスト・サワー&ワイルドエール部門 金賞受賞。

This deep golden beer has explosive scents and aromas of ripe red apple, small red berries, blackcurrants, dried plums and pleasant notes of balsamic vinegar. It was aged for 20 months in wooden barrels to give it the typical notes of vanilla, cognac, nuts and caramel biscuits. There is also a slight hint of Marsala. The taste is particularly refreshing thanks to the presence of mild acids that guarantee a refreshing effect on the palate. The sweet quality of the beer tempers the malty acidity and creates a harmonious whole.
