現在では希少なスカールベーク種のチェリーを使用し木製の樽で9ヶ月間浸漬した、とてもフルーティーでジューシーな味わいのクリークスタイルのサワーエール。透き通った、鮮やかなルビーレッドの外観に、チェリー、ラズベリー、いちごのようなフルーティーな香り、酢のような酸味を感じさせる香り、バニラやアーモンド、ナッツのような香りが感じられ、口に含むと、チェリーのさわやかな酸味、甘み、渋みがバランス良く広がる。「エヒテ・クリーク」とは、本物のチェリービールの意味。ワールド・ビア・アワード2023 ワールド・ベスト・クリーク部門 銅賞受賞。

Experience the harvest of Schaarbeek cherries in the gently sweet and sour character of these 9-month macerated cherries. This blend of real cherries and foeder beer contains 6% alcohol and is a must-taste this season. This carmine-red cherry has a light pink head and is a fruit bomb: cherries, strawberries, and raspberries embrace the delicate and ethereal scents of balsamic vinegar.

Tones of vanilla and hazelnuts can also be detected. This beer has matured for nine months in the presence of cherries in wooden foeders, allowing us to perceive subtle notes of wood and a hint of almonds. The refreshing acidity alternates with a slightly playful sweetness that provides balance and a smooth finish.
