大麦、赤小麦、ライ麦のベースに、マンダリナ・ババリアホップを穏やかに効かせることで、ほのかなシトラスとアーシーなニュアンスを加えたフレンチスタイルセゾン。2種のフレンチオークフーダーでそれぞれ3か月間熟成させたものをブレンドし瓶詰め。マンゴー、パパイヤ、白胡椒、白ワインを想わせる洗練された香り。

Tidal Hands is a special collaboration with our friends at Black Tide Brewing in Kesennuma, Japan! This is a French style Saison, brewed with a base of barley, red wheat, and rye, then hopped delicately but judiciously with Mandarina Bavaria hops to add slightly citrusy and earthy undertones. It then spent three months in two different French Oak Foeders before being blended and canned. Notes of mango, papaya, white peppercorns, and white wine. 6.5% ABV.
