ニュージーランドとドイツのホップを合わせて使用した、ダブルドライホップのヴァイツェン。ホップはニュージーランドのモトゥエカ、ネルソンソーヴィンに加えて、パッションフルーツの配合されたコヒア、それにドイツのハラタウブランを選択。さらに酵母はシュナイダーヴァイセで創業当初から使用されているものを空輸で取り寄せた。ニュージーランドのビアフェスティバル「Beervana」で実現したシュナイダーヴァイセ (ドイツ) とのコラボレーション。

A collaboration between Double Vision Brewing and Schneider Weisse came to fruition through the likes of Beervana. Elena Fersch - brewmaster of Schneider Weisse has teamed up with DVB to create a beer that ticks all of the boxes between DVB's adventure and Schneider Weisse's long-standing tradition.
Flavours: This beer has it all including the best malts and hops from both parts of the world. Motueka and Nelson Sauvin are a pairing that you all know well. Nelson Sauvin has distinct white wine grape flavours. Kohia brings in some passionfruit notes to complement the yeast esters. Hallertau Blanc is a German hop which has wildly similar notes to Nelson Sauvin. Its Hoplist profile goes like this: Flavors of white-wine and fruit, aromas of cassis, elderflower, grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass. Schneider Weisse air freighted us their in-house yeast that has been around since the beginning that complement with fruity and floral esters to play off of the hops. Froth Technologies helped with the propping and the prep so this yeast finished better than we could have imagined!
