This is our third edition of Clomp.
Strong red worts were made from crystal and roasted malts, along with dark brown sugar.
This blend was made from two barrels, from two brews produced in March 2022 and February 2023.
Spontaneous fermentation took place in red Bordeaux barrels.
The finished blend was dry-hopped with whole leaf Barbe Rouge from the latest harvest.
