バイエルンの伝統に触発されたヴァイスビア。ディープゴールドのボディにきめ細かな泡が立ち、バナナやバニラを想わせるフルーティなアロマとほのかなスパイシーさが漂う。後味はドライで苦みはほとんど無く、喉の渇きを潤すのにぴったりの味わい。

デュラム小麦の「父」として知られ、優れた栄養価から「貧乏人の肉」とも呼ばれる、素朴な味わいの古代穀物「セナトーレ・カッペリ」の麦芽を60%使用し、自家栽培の大麦の麦芽を40%使用。

Wheat beer inspired by the ancient Bavarian tradition.
It is produced using 60% Senatore Cappelli malted wheat, an ancient grain with a rustic profile known for being the "father" of durum wheat and considered "poor man's meat", for its excellent nutritional characteristics, and the remaining 40% of barley malt of our production

Of a deep golden color, it presents itself with a very fine and stable white foam. The generous carbonation brings to the surface traditional and delicate fruity notes, reminiscent of banana and vanilla with a spicy hint.

It closes dry, thirst-quenching, absolutely not bitter.
Produced with traditional techniques, unfiltered, without the use of processing aids.

We are so excited that this beer will forcefully enter our core line. The label was conceived and designed by our graphic designer @mindwarp_design who managed to create something that perfectly reflects the quality and authenticity of the product.
The design of this label began months ago, alongside the design of the stand we'll be presenting this year at @beerfoodattraction.
