The journey behind this collaboration began earlier this year when we hosted our friends from @humanpeoplebeer. We wanted to create something both uniquely refreshing and complex, that made us feel like we were lost in the green lushness of the Pacific Northwest.
Together, we dreamed up Observable World. This pilsner is foeder aged for gentle wood character, brightened with citrusy Zuper Saazer hops, and infused with spruce tips for a forest-like finish.
