ホットサイドとコールドサイドの両方でフレッシュホップを使用した、“史上最もフレッシュでホップが効いた”ケルシュ。ピルスナーモルトに少量のスペルト小麦を加えたベースに、ホットサイドではロザ・ファームの友人から提供されたフレッシュ・ウェット・シトラを使用。クラシックなケルシュ酵母で発酵させた後、フレッシュ・フローズン・シトラ・クライオでドライホップ。地元ベースボールチームの活躍を祈念しポストシーズンに向けて醸造。

We took our little hoppy Kolsch, which we normally brew for opening day, and moved it to the postseason! Scheduling fresh hop beers always requires a lot of hope and a little luck, and this one took more than its fair share of believing that the M's would still be playing baseball in October. We also wanted to throw a wrench into the incredibly interesting "conversation" about how fresh hop beers are made by using fresh hops on both the hot side AND the cold side. Does that make this the freshest hoppiest beer ever? We'll leave that up to you.

Brewed with a base of pilsner malt and a touch of spelt, we use fresh wet Citra from our friends at @lozafarms on the hot side. Then, after fermentation with a classic Kolsch yeast, we dry-hopped it with Fresh Frozen Citra Cryo. Will drinking this beer ensure that the Mariners continue further into the postseason? Probably?! It definitely couldn't hurt, so you might as well try.
