Admiral Malts社のピルスナーモルトをベースに、シトラ、シトラハイパーブースト、シトラクライオを使用。
クリスプな飲み口に、ホップとストラータホップオイルが弾ける一贅沢な杯。
フレッシュなポメロやネクタリンの香りとほのかなダンク感が広がる爽快な味わいです。

Climbing Mount Everest - West Coast Pils with Citra, Citra Cryo and Strata Abstrax 5.5% ABV

We met the @purebrewing team earlier this year and bonded over some very cool tools we share with energy savings and controls for our cellar. A few months later we decided to collab and brew two different beers; one at their spot and one at ours!

Climbing Mount Everest is a clean banger of a WC Pils! We snagged up some very nice California grown Pilsner malt from @admiralmaltings for the base and packed it with some really punchy Citra and Citra Cryo along with a nice pop of Strata Abstrax Hop Oils! The beer drinks super crispy and pops with fresh pomelo citrus, nectarine and a nice dankness.
