昨年 Bottleworks Bier (シアトル) のために醸造したDDHヘイジーIPAをアレンジし、今回はシトラのみでダブルドライホップ。ハウス酵母よりも発酵が早いことで知られる異なる酵母株で発酵させたことで、Wraiths I よりもややドライながら、よりドリンカブルな仕上がり。

We’ve brought another liquid spell back from our cold & shadowy realms. A beer we had originally brewed for @bottleworksbeer last year, re-imagined and solely double dry hopped with Citra this time. We fermented it with a different yeast strain which is known to attenuate a little more than our house strain, meaning this batch is slightly drier than Wraiths I, but infinitely more drinkable.
