5種の麦芽とカスケード、シムコ―ホップで醸造される冬仕様のIPA「Roasted Rye IPA」の芳醇な麦芽の風味はそのままに、ヤキマバレーで収穫されたばかりのアマリロホップを使用したフレッシュホップバージョン。オレンジシトラス、樹脂、それにフレッシュホップならではのほのかなダンク感。ライ麦麦芽由来の土っぽさとフレッシュホップの鮮やかさが見事に組み合わさった一本。

The beer that launched Reuben’s Brews gets a once-a-year hop harvest twist. Fresh Hop Roasted Rye builds on the rich, toasty malt backbone of our original recipe with freshly harvested Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley, delivered straight from the farm to our brewhouse. Layers of roasted cereal, caramel, and bread crust meet bursts of orange citrus, resin, and subtle dankness from the fresh hops. Medium-bodied with firm bitterness and a clean finish, this seasonal release bridges the earthy depth of rye malt with the vibrant brightness of harvest season, bringing our story full circle, pint by pint.
