収穫されたフレッシュホップを乾燥させずにそのままの状態でクライオに加工する「クライオ・フレッシュ」を使用したウェストコーストIPA。完全にドライなボディに、ダンクなアロマが前面に溢れ、フレッシュな松、ほのかに刈りたての草の香りが漂う。

Getting a Fresh Hop beer in the middle of January may be a hard thing to wrap your head around, but it’s totally possible with these Cryo Fresh baddies. The farmer’s pick the hops at their peak moment during harvest, they skip the normal drying process (that the rest of the hops we use all year see), and those fresh hops go right into the cryo process, which concentrates the flavor and aroma components we seek out most. The result? This batch is bone dry. Lots of yummo cannabis like aromatics upfront, some fresh pine, and even a touch of fresh cut grass.
