ニューヨーク州ブルックリンの Threes Brewing とのコラボレーションによる、ドイツ、チェコ、アメリカのザーツホップを使用し、Threes方式で醸造した実験的なジャーマンピルスナー。ドイツ産とチェコ産のザーツホップで醸造し、アメリカ産のホールコーンのザーツホップでコンディショニング。鮮やかでフローラルなアロマと、僅かに土っぽいニュアンス。

I’ll tell you the story. Matt and Josh were out for hop harvest and sent us a text before traveling. They asked if we’d like to do a collaboration. And of course we wanted to collaborate and share ideas, so we said yes.
As it was harvest season, we were giddy and intoxicated with hops. And we wanted to do something special without using fresh hops.
Threes has been a force in the lager game for, I dunno, a decade and have made beautiful traditional and experimental lagers in that time. Now that Josh is there, things are even more experimental and have that special twinkle ? that only Josh can provide.

Our conversations were wide ranging, full of wonder, curiosity, and conviviality. And eventually, on the fields, having a catch, we ended on a concept.

A German Pilsner, made in the Threes fashion brewed with German, Czech, and American-grown Saaz. Alone Together was conditioned on whole cone American grown Saaz harvested in 2025. Crisp and bright aromatics with a somewhat earthy and full bodied finish. Not traditional for a German Pilsner, but experimental.
