ファイデンスブルーイングとのコラボレーションによる、お気に入りのホップの1つであるシトラを際立たせた濃厚なヘイジーダブルIPA。シトラとシトラ・クオンタムのコンボがもたらす、オレンジの皮、フレッシュなグアバ、そしてトロピカルフルーツスムージーのような濃厚なフレーバー。ファイデンスのドライホッピング技術を取り入れたほか、チットモルトとフレークオーツを加えることでファイデンス特有の柔らかくふわっとした口当たりを実現。

Jasper is a 7.8% ABV Hazy double IPA that showcases one of our favorite hops, Citra! This big hazy DIPA uses a citra combo consisting of Citra T90 & Citra @abstraxhops Quantum to help create a massive flavor experience of orange zest, fresh guava, & tropical fruit smoothie.

For this collab we tried to keep it as close to the original Fidens recipe as possible by using their dry hopping techniques as well as incorporating chit malt & flaked oat to achieve that soft-pillowy Fidens mouthfeel.
