2015年、イベントのための新しいビールを醸造する時間がなく、その時タンクに入っていたピルスナー (Refresh) とウェストコーストIPA (Hello. LA) をブレンドしたところ、ピルスナーの爽快感とウェストコーストIPAの力強さを併せ持つビールが誕生。その味わいを再現するべく開発されたのがこのウェストコーストピルスナー。

柔らかな苦味とフローラルでアーシーなベースを生み出すドイツ産ホップを使用し、モザイクとシトラのドライホップにより、マンゴー、リースリンググレープ、パッションフルーツを想わせるトロピカルフレーバーが爆発的に広がる。

ネーミングは、ビールのボヘミアン風ボディと、レシピ開発に携わったティム・マクドネル氏へのオマージュで、Tim’s Bo Pils が短縮されたもの。
