Having our homebrewing roots we love what Old Caz stands for! They are exactly the type of people we like to hang out with and collab with.
One of the main ideas behind this collab was diving deep into new school flowables
People always ask, “What’s a flowable?”
Quick hop evolution recap:
Most brewers use T-90 pellets (about 90% vegetal matter).
Then came T-45 / Cryo hops (less plant material, more concentrated lupulin).
Then came the first generation of flowables i.e. Incognito or DynaBoost (syrupy hop extracts you can dose in the whirlpool or fermenter).
And now? The ultra-flowables. These pour almost like water and can go straight into the dry hop. No vegetal matter. Just bright, clean hop expression. Pure varietal character.
For this collab, we went heavy on the New Zealand flowables from Freestyle Hops! Motueka, Riwaka, Nelson, and Rakau layered into the dry hop for a punchy, focused hop profile that really shows what these products can do.

カリフォルニア州でBarebottleと同じくホームブリュー精神を大事にする「Old Caz Beer」とタッグを組み、最新技術を駆使して造りました！最大の特徴は、従来のペレットホップではなく、水のようにサラサラとした最新の「液体ホップ(Ultra-flowables)」を贅沢に使用している点。植物特有の雑味を極限まで抑えつつ、ニュージーランド産のMotueka、Rakau、Nelson、Riwakaが持つ鮮烈でフルーティーな香りをダイレクトに抽出。濁りとパンチのある芳醇さを両立させた、次世代のヘイジーIPA。
