シトラホップを単一使用したヘイジーダブルIPA。今回のバッチでは、初めて3種のシトラホップ (コールマン・アグリカルチャー、B&Cホップファーム、トリビュタリー・ホップファームの2025年産のロット) をブレンド。それぞれのホップの特徴が際立った、力強く個性豊かな仕上がりに。

This week’s Jasper features 2025 hand-selected Citra from Coleman Agriculture, B&C Hop Farm & Tributary Hop Farm.
We loved each of these picks on their own, and this is the first time we’ve ever used all three together in a single batch.
The result is bold, expressive, and true to what we liked about each selection.

とろみのあるリッチな口当たりに、ジューシーで力強いフレーバー。数多くのヘイジーIPAがある中でも、一段上の完成度を感じさせる仕上がりです。 Citra由来の柑橘やトロピカルフルーツのニュアンスに加え、ほのかにレジナス(樹脂のような)キャラクターも感じられます。
