シムコーホップ100%で醸造された、柑橘の皮や松が香る西海岸の雰囲気に溢れたウェストコーストIPA。ペール麦芽とライ麦麦芽をブレンドした滑らかで心地よいベースに、鮮やかな柑橘、爽やかなグレープフルーツ、ほのかな松の香りが際立つ。ブリュワリーに住み着いたハチワレ猫のスクラッピーが描かれたキトゥンシリーズの先駆けで、ブリュワリーの代表作。
