ネルソン、クラッシュ、シトラでダブルドライホップしたDDH IPA。最新技術でドライホッピングすることでホップの風味を最大限に引き出し、さらにアブストラックス・ネルソンで強調。複数のオーツ麦と小麦を使用し、シルキーでフルボディの口当たりを実現。ビール名は、日々改良を追求し続ける「過去最高のバッチ」精神の基となっているザック・ロス氏の父親に因んだもの。

William (batch 06) - 6.0% - DDH IPA dry-hopped with a double dose of Nelson, Krush, and Citra

We’ve been without IPA for a few weeks now and haven’t had William in a year so we brought it back and dry-hopped it with our modern methods to extract the most insane amount of flavor from the hops we possibly could and then for extra measure we dosed it with some Abstrax Nelson to really make it pop. This beer utilizes multiple different types of oats and wheats to give it a silky, full mouthfeel that punches way above its weight at 6%.

This beer is named after Zac’s dad who inspires our “Best Batch Yet” mindset of forever pursuing improvement each and every day. But this really is the best batch yet
