代表作の一つで、熟したシトラスとストーンフルーツの香りを備えた、美しい酸味と柔らかな口当たりのファームハウスエール。ブレタノマイセスを含む複数の酵母で発酵させ、ステンレスタンクで長期間熟成させた後、さらに瓶内発酵させる。SARAの醸造哲学とハウスカルチャーが最も純粋に表現されたビール。
