ランビック醸造の伝統に則り、タ―ビッドマッシングで製造した麦汁をクールシップで寝かせ、取り込んだ野生酵母と微生物で100%自然発酵させたワイルドエール「Intermodal 2024」にカベルネフラングレープを漬け込んだバージョン。

Intermodal! This 100% spontaneously inoculated wild beer was created in a style inspired by traditional lambic producers.
Never heard of Lambic beers? They're funky, bright, vinous brews that originated in Belgium in the 13th century.
During a window of specific overnight temps in the fall each year, we take traditional turbid wort, let it rest over many nights in the open-air coolship, and allow the finest wild yeast and microorganisms to join in on the slumber party.
Our 2024 batch was divided into two light, tart, funky, extra bubbly versions ― a classic spontaneous sipper and one with the addition of Cab Franc grapes.

伝統的なランビックに影響を受け醸造されたワイルドエールにカルベネフラングレープを漬込んだもの。伝統的な製法で造られたウォートをクールシップに流し込み、野生酵母を採取更にオンタリオ産のカルベネフラングレープを投入し熟成しブレンド。レッドベリーや赤ワインを想わせるタンニックな風味、アーシーなキャラクターとファンキーさが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共にフルーティーで控えめな酸味が口内にひろがる。ワイン好きにも是非お薦めしたい至極の一本。
