桜の花を漬け込んだ煎茶を使用し、バニラやマシュマロのような風味が特徴のメドウフォームの花の蜂蜜でコンディショニングされたオーク樽熟成の混合発酵エール。蜂蜜、春の花、マシュマロ、そしてほのかな酸味のあるストーンフルーツの香りがバランスよく調和した仕上がり。

Hanami is our oak-aged ale with Sakura Sencha tea conditioned on Meadowfoam honey. Hanami marries a blend of oak-aged beers with beautifully delicate Japanese Sencha green tea infused with cherry blossoms.

The concept originated from tasting through some incredible teas from Miro Tea here in Ballard. The fresh floral character and subtle fruitiness of their Sakura Sencha blend in particular captured our imagination. Hanami brings out the best in each ingredient, creating a combination that we could only arrive at through exploration and a continual mindset of curiosity.

Balanced notes of honeycomb, spring blossoms, toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and hints of tart stone fruit lead to a wonderfully rounded finish. We are extremely pleased with this beer, and thankful to our friends at Miro for providing such fantastic teas to work with.

Fair Isle Brewingを見学し、輸入の話が決まった時からブルワーらも私たちも心待ちにしていたビールが届きました！シアトル・バラード区のティーメイカー「Miro Tea」がさくらの花を煎じた「Sakura Sencha」をファームハウスエールと融合させた美しく繊細な一杯。さくら煎茶をオーク樽熟成のライトボディなビールに浸したのち、バニラの香りが特徴のハチミツでコンディショニングし、複雑さを加えました。ハチミツ、酸味のあるストーンフルーツ、甘い花のバランスの取れたアロマが、素晴らしく素晴らしく丸みのあるフィニッシュへと導きます。「Hanami」は、上質なお茶のユニークでニュアンス豊かな風味をセゾンに注ぎ込むという、Fair Isleの変わらぬ情熱を表現しています。
