濃厚で豊かなフルーツの風味をビールで表現する「Daily Serving」シリーズ。今作は、パッションフルーツ、オレンジピール、グアバを使用した、トロピカル感溢れるサワーエール。

ベルリナーヴァイセのベースに、砂糖漬けのパッションフルーツ、グアバネクター、ジューシーなマンゴー、そしてフレッシュなオレンジピールの風味が際立つ。甘味と酸味のバランスが絶妙。

Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.

Brewed with passion fruit, orange peel, and guava, this Daily Serving presents light amber in the glass. Waves of tropical notes wash across the palate, with candied passion fruit, guava nectar, juicy mango, and fresh-zested orange peel as the highlights. Satisfyingly balanced, with just the right level of sweetness and acidity, the mouthfeel is soft and coating, as you've come to expect from this series.
