2015年に設立40周年記念として初リリースされたヴィンテージ・オード・グース「ブラック・ラベル」は、余韻が長くドライな後味ながら、野生酵母による豊かな風味を持ち、このシリーズ特有のフルーティな香りが特徴。オーク樽で1年、2年、3年熟成させたランビックをブレンドし、セラーで1年以上の熟成が施されている。ブラックラベルの10周年と醸造所設立50周年の2つの節目を祝した今作は、2024年2月23日に瓶詰めされたもので、柑橘類の柔らかな酸味と心地よい滑らかさ、そして強い輝きを備える。

We make this special beer with a selection of lambic beers from our oak barrels – our foeders – at the highest attenuation. Almost all fermentable sugars are actually fermented in these barrels. This very high attenuation makes Oude Geuze Boon Black Label extra dry. At the same time, this beer is very full-bodied, thanks to the components created by the wild yeasts. This 10th edition was bottled on February 23, 2024. Cheers!
