共同創業者のガズとアートディレクターの芽子さんのお子様「イブキ」の10歳の誕生日を祝って醸造されたビールで、柚子とソラチエースを使用したブレットIPA。セカンドフィルシェリーバットで樽熟成されたブレタノマイセス発酵ビール2種をブレンドして柚子を投入。ソラチエースのドライホップによりハーバルなアロマが加わり、バランスの取れた複雑、ファンキー、そしてフルーティなIPAに仕上がった。

Ibuki turns 10 this year and to celebrate we’ve blended 2 second fill Sherry Butts of barrel aged, Brettanomyces fermented beer and dosed with zingy yuzu. The traditional Sorachi Ace led dry hop is back, lending a herbal aroma to finish a well rounded complex, funky and fruity IPA.
