実験的なモダン・ウェストコーストIPAのシリーズ「ルプルミナティ」。このバージョンは、ニュージーランドのクレイトンホップスで蒸留された新鮮なアンプリファイアーオイル、ヤキマチーフホップスのクライオ・モザイクとアメリカンノーブルホップス・モザイク、それにコロンバスを使用し、複数の実験的な技術を組み合わせて醸造。軽やかでキリッとしたボディに、シトラスの風味と心地よい苦み。

Lupuluminati is a group of experimental Modern West Coast IPA's. The Lupuluminati have many secrets. The one thing we do know is the abundance of hops required to make their namesake beers, and each iteration goes by a code name.

This iteration blends some experimental techniques using fresh Amplifier oils distilled in New Zealand at Clayton Hops, alongside Cryo, and American noble versions of Mosaic and Columbus. We get a pleasant bitterness with layers of citrus on a light and crisp palette.
