Our barrel-aged beers are our greatest passion, and we take the program seriously. This latest entry in the Great Northern series is a blend of Imperial Stout aged 44 months in Blis Bourbon Maple Syrup barrels and Willett Bourbon barrels, then conditioned on toasted coconut, cocoa, and cinnamon. The result is an exceptional expression of time, barrel, and carefully chosen ingredients-an indulgent harmony of depth and balance.
