For those looking to leave the bright lights and tireless noise of Hazy IPA behind, there is a place just off Interstate 8 where many a weary traveler has found a place to rest up and settle in. This West Coast IPA is inspired by that place, brewed with a little rye, and mountains of Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross hops from our friends at @freestylehops in New Zealand. A lean body and a balanced bitterness lay out the welcome mat for some serious Sauv Blanc and spicy diesel vibes before opening the door to pink grapefruit, navel orange, apricot and a little pine. Once you check in, you’ll be in no hurry to check out. Yeah, nah...stay a while.
