ニューノーマルのその先を探求する実験的シリーズの第二弾で、既存のスタイルやハイブリッドスタイルにとらわれずに自由な発想で醸造されたアーティザナルエール。オレンジのワタやリモンチェッロ、鮮やかな緑色のメロンの果肉を想わせる風味に、中国緑茶のようなニュアンス。クリーンでクリア、そして引き締まった味わい。

This is the second in a new series (the first being Polymorphism) that explores beyond the new normal. Back in 2016, we helped change expectations in hoppy beer by working outside the box, stepping away from the safety of the familiar, and in this series we’re off for another mooch about.

The liquid is clean, clear and tight, layering Chinese green tea like qualities on top of orange pith, limoncello and vibrant green melon flesh. Not quite one style or a hybrid, but an expansive experimentation into the realms of the unknown.
