Our besties at @Trillium just hit a milestone of their own, and after pouring their Double Danish Guy to rave reviews in Ridgewood, we had to put our spin on it for the anniversary. This version turns everything up: more Vietnamese cinnamon, more vanilla, more toasted almond slices, more blanched almond. The result is a dense, decadent stout layered with marzipan richness, warm spice, and deep chocolate undertones. Silky, intense, and built for slow appreciation.⁣
