新進のオーストラリア産ホップ「LUNA® (HPA-033)」(※)を、ヨーロッパでは初めて使用したウェストコーストIPA。ホップの香りを引き立てるためにクリーンなモルトベースを採用し、少量のチヌークホップで松やフローラルな香りをプラス。さらに発酵の終わりにBarthHaas社の新たな液体ホップ「ECLIPSE PRYSMA」を加えてフルーティさを際立たせた。

※Hop Products Australia (HPA) と BarthHaas が共同開発したオーストラリア産ホップで、マンゴー、ダークベリー、スパイシーな柑橘香が特徴。

Our OG hop suppliers, BARTH HAAS, gave us the honour to brew a special beer to inaugerate a new Australian Hop varietal as part of its' European launch. The hop HBC-033 now to be named officially as ''LUNA'', this hop brings a lot of grapefruit, orange, peach character with a little floral back notes.. The beer we chose to brew was a classic West Coast IPA, clean malt base to let the hop shine and be the star of the show. We paired the hop with a little addition of 'CHINOOK' to help add a little extra piney, floral note, at the end of fermentation add a dose of 'ECLPISE PRYSMA', another new liquid/flowable hop product from BARTH HAAS, a little extra fruity punch to an absolute banger of a beer.

KNUDSEN」は 5.5%のウェストコーストIPA です。オーストラリア産の新種ホップ「LUNA」のヨーロッパ発売を記念して醸造され、爽やかな柑橘類とトロピカルフルーツの風味が特徴です。オーツ麦を使用したシルキーな口当たりと、ストーンフルーツ、マンゴー、ライムのジューシーでモダンなホップアロマが特徴。
