This gueuze is a tribute to the Old Brewery (1876-1965). A visible testament to its legacy is the imposing chimney that still watches over the Sollenberg. Cuvée Héritage is an annual limited edition of our most rustic lambics, resulting in a bottle with great aging potential.

現Boerenerfの根源となる旧Eylenboschのグーズをオマージュした、若いランビックと古いランビックをブレンドした伝統的なグーズ。ラベルには旧Eylenboschの様にフランス語でGueuzeと綴られ、当時のビールのラベルとほぼ同じレプリカ。数年単位の熟成にも耐えうる力強い味わい。
