Lost somewhere between the unwritten appendix to an essay on futurism and notes scribbled in the margins of a brewing manual, Unique Forms of Continuity in Space rejects the quaint notion that beer should proceed through time in the linear fashion assigned to ordinary liquid.
Fresh sudachi: a vehicle-not as fruit, but as a manifesto hurled through a museum window-its green brightness announcing that purity laws themselves are optional. Coconut follows, gliding through the composition with the serene confidence of an infiltrator carrying credentials no one remembers issuing. Above it all, orange blossom hovers like a gilded footnote insisting that fragrance can be mystical.
The hops exhibit a documented refusal to remain in the background, repeatedly escaping the frame in acts of aromatic insurrection. Resin, tropical fruit, flowers, citrus electricity and soft saturation occupy the same plane, each claiming authorship while quietly forging the signatures of the others.
The influence of the collaborators and their proclivity for ecstatic excess is unmistakable. Unique Forms represents a rare convergence of our four breweries operating under the shared hypothesis that enough hop and botanical aroma, carefully arranged, can bend local spacetime.
This is the first of a planned set of beer releases produced to mark our 1st and 2nd anniversary. There is more from the series coming next week. Stay tuned.
