カリフォルニア州シミバレーで開業準備中のシミバレーブリューイングの仲間と共に厳選したホップで醸造した、鮮やかなトロピカル香が弾けるヘイジーIPA。滑らかでふんわりとしたボディに、パイナップル、甘い柑橘類、そして熟したストーンフルーツの風味が幾重にも広がる。後味はクリーンで驚くほどスムーズ。使用ホップは、コメット、HQG-1、エルドラド。

We teamed up with our buddies at Simi Valley Brewing Co. and headed deep into the hop mines to unearth something special. “Diamond in the Rough” is our new collaboration Hazy IPA, packed with some of the most delicious hops we could find. This soft and juicy Hazy IPA bursts with bright tropical aroma from a hop blend of Comet, HQG-1, and El Dorado. Expect notes of pineapple, sweet citrus, and ripe stone fruit, layered over a smooth, pillowy body. A low bitterness keeps the focus on the lush hop flavor, finishing clean and ultra drinkable.
