ゴーストタウンブルーイング (カリフォルニア州オークランド) とのコラボレーションによる、「これぞウェストコースト」と言えるスタイルを追求したIPA。ネルソン、モザイク、ネクタロンに加え、通常のカスケードの2倍のオイル含有量を誇る遅摘みのディープカット・カスケードを使用。ゴーストタウンのドライホッピング手法を取り入れることで、奥深いホップキャラクターを実現。グレープフルーツ、甘いマンダリンオレンジやピーチのような風味。

We recently had Ryan and Noah visit from Ghost Town Brewing in West Oakland, California to collaborate on a beer that is as West Coast as they are. We've partnered Nelson, Mosaic and Nectaron with Deep Cut Cascade - a late-harvest variant of the hop with twice the oil content of classic Cascade, expressing sweet mandarin and peach alongside its signature grapefruit notes. We've followed Ghost Town's dry hopping technique to replicate the depth of hop character they get in their exceptional West Coast style beers.
