CHORYO Craft Beer (奈良県広陵町) とのコラボレーションによる、長龍酒造のカルローズ米と麹を使用したウェストコーストIPA。スーパーデリックホップによるトロピカルシトラスの風味とネルソンソーヴィンホップ由来のほのかなダンク感、麹の働きによる柔らかく滑らかでキレのある味わい。

Inspired by legendary free-roaming deer of Nara, this 6.5% West Coast IPA brings together Japanese brewing tradition and modern hops in the best way possible.

Built with Calrose rice and Koji from Choryo’s parent company, the Koji-inoculated rice naturally acidifies the mash, giving this beer a softer, smoother snap than your typical West Coast IPA. Then we cranked the Superdelic hops, bringing candied grapefruit, tropical citrus, and just a touch of Nelson-esque dankness.

奈良のChoryo Beerとのコラボレーションで生まれたWest Coast IPA。Calrose米と、長龍酒造の手掛ける麹を使用しました。麹と米によって、一般的なWest Coast IPAよりも柔らかく滑らかな飲み口を実現。そこへSuperdelicホップをたっぷりと加え、キャンディのようなグレープフルーツやトロピカルシトラス、ほのかなダンク感を引き出しました。
日本の醸造文化と現代的なホップキャラクターが融合した、軽快でクリスピーな一杯です。
