When we invited Bob and the crew from Highland Park up for a collaboration, there was no question we wanted to brew a West Coast Pilsner. Highland Park Brewery essentially invented the style and we have grown to love it over the years. The incredible hop expression in a pilsner is something they’ve perfected, so we are excited to take some notes and make this beer with them!
