クリーンでキレがあり、ほのかにミネラル感のあるドルトムンダースタイルのペールラガー。ドルトムンダー特有のミネラル感を表現するため、仕込みの過程でハマ・ハマ・オイスターズの砕いた牡蠣殻を加え、水質を調整。モルトとホップのバランスが絶妙な一杯。

Today we have a brand new beer that we’ve all been patiently waiting for - TIDETAKER Dortmunder Export Lager.

Clean and crisp with a slightly minerallity, TIDETAKER has everything in balance between the malt and hops. Pairs well with 8pm sunsets and shucking oysters around a fire on the beach.

We added crushed oyster shells from @hamahamaoysters to the kettle as an adjustment to the water profile to give this beer the minerality typical of a Dortmunder. If you’re out at Hama Hama for this weekend for Oysterama be sure to look for it on draught.

クリーンで爽快な飲み口に、ほのかなミネラル感が心地よいラガー。麦芽とホップが美しく調和し、何杯でも飲みたくなる仕上がりです。仕込み時の水質調整にはHama Hama Oystersの牡蠣殻を砕いて使用。ほのかなミネラル感とドルトムンダーらしいドライな後味を引き出しました。牡蠣をはじめとした魚介料理との相性は抜群で、海辺の夕暮れとともに楽しみたくなる一杯です。
