Before All or Nothing, there was Asymmetry, the O.G. of our West Coast IPA portfolio, the one we cut our teeth on. That being said, we’ve given it a tasty update so it stands even more boldly on the border between traditional and modern West Coast IPAs.

The featured medley of hops (Comet, Mosaic, Idaho 7, Centennial) is intentional, constructed to coax out assertive expressions and maintain moderate bitterness. Crystal malt adds a touch of sweetness and lends a slight burnt orange hue. Notes of ripe citrus and cantaloupe coexist with pleasing dankness.

Fresh Drop: Asymmetry 7.2% West Coast IPA. Tasting Notes: Bergamot, Sunny D, Nice Bite, Sweet Pine.

SimcoeやCentennialといった伝統的なホップに、革新的なホップを組み合わせたWest Coast IPA。Abstrax HopsのCitra Hop TerpenesとChinook Dynaboostを採用し、ホップの魅力をさらに引き出しています。ブラッドオレンジや松脂、グミキャンディを思わせるアロマに、白松の針葉を思わせる爽やかなグリーンなニュアンスが重なります。
クリスタルモルトを少量使用することで、West Coast IPA黎明期を思わせる美しい色合いとモルトの奥行きを表現し、現代のホップ技術で、クラシックIPAを再構築した一杯。
